In this chapter at Norsk Global, I was a Digital Product Designer. As a Digital Product Designer, I continue to oversee and lead the design for all of the internal and external Norsk platforms. My responsibilities during this time included:

• All responsibilities expected from a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist and Digital Media Designer (see below)
• Manage the design areas of project timelines, design resources, and responsible for cross-functional relationships,
• Lead design sprints,
• Manage and lead the entire design process, from ideation to deployment, of Norsk Global's biggest internal and external platform that is used globally,
• Responsible for establishing the design processes, documenting and tracking design work.

The next chapter of my time spent at Norsk Global was as a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist. I started to own more design projects for internal and external platforms under the Norsk umbrella. I established myself as the lead designer and was an integral part in helping define Norsk Globals design perspective. My responsibilities during this time included:

• All responsibilities expected from a Digital Media Designer (see below),
• Managed and led the redesign of the Norsk Global website, and in collaboration with others we successfully launched this globally,
• Managed and lead the new digital branding guidelines for Norsk Global and implemented the core design system,
• Managed and lead design collaboration across multi-functional teams for global platforms,
• Designed and implemented a single use digital system for all of Norsk internal to stay connected,
• Managed and lead the design and redesign of multiple internal and external Norsk platforms that are used globally,
• Closely worked alongside the Senior Applications Architect and other developers to ensure end-to-end collaboration,
• Conducted interviews to gain real-world feedback from users who use Norsk platforms.

The work that was carried out during this time at Norsk Global led to me securing a promotion to a Digital Product Designer (see above for more details).

During this time at Norsk Global, I owned the end-to-end product design for redesigning and rebranding the company website. My responsibilities during this time included:

• Ideation and brainstorming,
• Produced wireframes and user flows to define how the website should behave,
• Created both low and high fidelity UI mockups to define the aesthetic look and feel of the website,
• Supported the Marketing department across multiple projects to ensure deadlines were kept,
• Participated in design critiques based on cross-functional teams feedback, research, and metrics.

Junior App Designer - 2016

Designed the companies first iOS app to support one of the existing in-house products. Duties included planning the core user experience, create a details wireframe of all user touch-points, align the iOS to sit within the brand identity and styling, cross team collaboration and content generation.
